In this video, I want to share with you an exciting project I recently worked on. I'm thrilled to have been hired by Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado, to clean a 100-year-old historic home on their campus using Mountain View Softwash's proprietary softwash process. As you may know, soft washing is a low-pressure cleaning method that uses bio-degradable water-based chemicals to remove dirt, grime, and other buildups from surfaces without causing any damage. Challenge accepted! We took on the challenge of cleaning the dirtiest home yet! This was no easy feat, but we did it and the results are amazing. Watch the video to see how we did it and how you can too. To date, this has to be one of the dirtiest homes we have faced. 😱 The home itself is less than a year and a half old, with caked-on dirt that's baked on. Our first treatment pass took the entire top layer of dirt right off; however, there's a layer under that's holding on for dear life. What started as a one-day job now requires a more hands-on approach. Stay tuned for the final results next week as we regroup and change game plans. It should be interesting to see. (Video Part One)

This past week we did a Full Softwash on this beautiful home 🏡 with white vinyl siding. The north and west sides of the home had a lot of organic growth, and the south side of the house was dirty with heavy oxidation. In this video, we'll show you the easiest way to remove oxidation from vinyl siding. All you need is a little elbow grease and a good softwash process. On this home, we performed a full soft wash of the exterior, killing all algae mold bacteria that were forming on the siding. We then performed a complete oxidation removal and applied are excellent restore conditioner to protect the home from discoloration and future oxidation.
